To get started

Manual Presses

For those just starting out: no electricity needed, it comes apart for transport and has a refill that protects the die box from wear.

  • Up to 1,500 bricks a day
  • 12.5 × 25 or 15 × 30 cm brick, or both on the VM-Master

Production at scale

Hydraulic Presses

To produce at scale: the hydraulic press supplies the force and the operator only feeds and removes the bricks. The VH-Master makes both brick sizes.

  • Up to 2,500 bricks a day
  • Adjustable compaction
  • VH-12,5x25, VH-15x30 and VH-Master models
  • Free TR1 Crusher (without motor)

Soil preparation

TR1 Crusher

Prepares the soil for the soil-cement mix in less time and with less labor than a sieve. The collection chute cuts dust and sends the soil straight into the measuring buckets.

  • Feeds up to 2 presses
  • Collection chute, with less dust
  • Works with manual or hydraulic presses
  • 3 HP motor, sold separately
