TR1 Crusher
Prepares the soil for the soil-cement mix in less time and with less labor than a sieve. The collection chute cuts dust and sends the crushed soil straight into the measuring buckets.
How it works
From soil to ready mix
Well-crushed, uniform soil makes a firmer brick with a better finish.
- 01 Put the soil in the crusherIt breaks up the clods and leaves the soil fine, with no hand sieving.
- 02 The chute carries the soil to the bucketsThe material falls straight into the measuring buckets, with less dust and no waste.
- 03 Mix and take it to the pressWith the ratio measured in the buckets, the soil-cement mix is the same in every brick.

Who uses it
Time left over for the rest of the production
From what I have seen, the crusher makes the work much easier; so much so that the worker who prepares the mix has time left to do other things.
Does the crusher come with a motor?
No. The TR1 runs on a 3 HP motor, sold separately. A consultant helps you pick the motor option that suits you.
How many presses can it serve?
One TR1 feeds up to 2 presses working at the same time, manual or hydraulic.
Do I get the crusher with the press purchase?
Yes, with any hydraulic press the TR1 comes free, without the motor. With the manual press, it is sold separately.
Do I still need the sieve?
For production, no: the crusher replaces the sieve in soil preparation. The laboratory sieve is still useful to test the soil before you start.
